Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update patient data across CRM and internal platforms
- Review and transcribe medical prescriptions, imaging orders, and reports
- Communicate with patients, providers, and legal teams via phone and email
- Organize files using Excel, Word, PDFs, and Google Maps
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable with medical terminology and documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, discreet, and proactive
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with CRMs or in healthcare/administrative roles
- US healthcare experience
